The main purpose of our company is to provide the most entertaining gaming experience to all users in a safe and comfortable environment. We are here to clarify any questions you might have in regards to you or your children’s safety during the experience of LEGO® QUEST & COLLECT. Concerns regarding in-app purchases, privacy issues, and age limits are all relevant and valid matters to be clarified to offer you and your children in the safest yet entertaining gaming experience.

 

Before we move on to the detailed information on the relevant topics, we’d like to first highlight our principles that we adhere to:

1)     Player experience is our number one priority. Providing the most entertaining experience to all players in a safe and comfortable environment is our greatest interest over any other considerations.

2)     Transparency of information. We believe that information about our games must be provided to the players in a very clear form to ensure the fairest experience in our games. From the moment you or your children first download our game to the moment of exiting the game, we make sure to provide all relevant information to all players in advance.

3)     The game will not contain any advertisements unrelated to the service of the game itself.

4)     We are here to help! We believe helping players at any time is crucial in ensuring a satisfying gaming experience. We make sure that in-game FAQs, guides, payment and refund guidelines are accessible in-game and on the official forum or website.

1.     Age Limits and Content Ratings

We fully adhere to content policies of Google and Apple which include regulations in content materials, payment, and private information, and are strictly rated accordingly to the policies. LEGO® QUEST&COLLECT is a game made for and offered to users of all ages. This game is COPPA compliant and does not collect personal information from children. 2.     In-App Purchases

While we offer completely optional ‘in-app purchases’ which can enhance some of the game features, purchases are never required as our games are completely free to download and play. As the name ‘in-app purchase’ suggests, the purchase is accessible within the game application, and the prices for in-app purchase will range from $0.99 to $49.99. The in-app purchases are always clearly identified as ‘real money products’ labeled with real money currency sign. Children under the age of 16 will have a $99.99 purchase limit per month, a security cap to ensure safe spending environments for children.

 

*Important: You can always disable or modify settings for in-app purchase feature through your mobile device’s settings. The appropriate instructions to manage the in-app purchase feature depend on your mobile device’s OS.

2-1. In-App Purchase Refunds

The payment transaction is not processed by Nexon, but is processed by Google Play (for Android devices) or Apple App Store (for iOS devices), and both companies have great support teams that handle refund requests for in-app purchases. Transaction related matters such as refund/unwanted/fraudulent purchase can be resolved at the appropriate support teams at Google and Apple.

Before you make a request for the refund, please check our refund guide for LEGO® QUEST & COLLECT and proceed following the directions below:

             If you are under the age of 18:

             Please contact your parents and ask them to contact and provide the following information to our customer service team.

       Fill in the [Underage_Refund_Consent_Form] < Nexon’s Customer service team will provide this form once you contact the team.

If a refund is not granted then you should contact the Nexon Customer Service (https://goo.gl/JanlQB). You can also access 1:1 customer service in-game. [Start Game > Options > Support > 1:1 customer service.] or contact Nexon through the following email: help_Quest&Collect@nexon.com.

We will constantly help you to get refund from Apple if your request is valid. To see if your request is valid, we will need the following information:

       Purchased Item

       Game account info (ID, nick name)

       Receipt

We will provide you with an official letter so that you can contact the Apple Customer Service center and prove that your refund request is supported by Nexon.

3.     Privacy Policy

We believe that protecting private information about you and your children is crucial to offer a safe and entertaining gaming experience. So yes, we do take your privacy very seriously. We will never disclose any of your personal information to third parties, and we will ask for your permission upfront for any of the information that you share with us.

4.     QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:

Is there a chat feature in the game?

This game does not support a chat system. Players are not able to send direct messaging or receive any in the game. This provides a safe and controlled experience for all players.

How can I report inappropriate content?

Please contact Nexon Customer Service (https://goo.gl/JanlQB) to report inappropriate usernames and/or content. You can also contact the 1:1 customer service via in-game to do so as well. [Start Game > Options > Support > 1:1 customer service.]

How does the friend system work?

In order to provide a safe environment in which you and your children can enjoy our game with their friends, we allow players to find and add their friends by directly searching for their game IDs.
We also have a “random friend” function where players can add other players to their friends list to help with their progress with the game, such as sending and receiving free “Bananas”, the stamina items, required to play the game. The game does not support chat or direct communication between the users other than certain co-operations in certain game modes, but if you are still concerned about your child’s safety, you can turn the friend function off by going to: [GAMESTART – OPTIONS – RANDOM FRIENDS] and tapping the [OFF] button.
