實況主贊助系統(NEXON CREATORS)營運政策
實況主贊助系統(NEXON CREATORS)的使用者(下稱”創作者”)必須確認及遵守「實況主贊助系統(NEXON CREATORS)營運政策」(下稱”本政策”)。一旦登錄並進行創作，即視為同意本政策所有規範項目。
1.基本營運政策
1.1 由©Nexon Korea（以下簡稱“公司”）所提供服務的實況主贊助系統(NEXON CREATORS)是根據本政策而營運。公司依照本政策提供完整的服務，由實況主贊助系統(NEXON CREATORS)所選定的創作者必須遵守本政策進行活動。
1.2 公司為提供穩定的服務，可能會變更及/或增補本政策。若有變更及/或增補本政策者，將會在創作者網站或是NEXON CREATORS（實況主贊助系統）營運遊戲的官網公告。若有因未確認到營運政策所發生的損害，公司不負擔責任，還請先確認營運政策。
1.2.1 有效期限及刪除
- 贊助積分的有效期限為累積3個月後該月份的最後一天，有效期限屆滿時將依序刪除。
※ 1月累積的贊助積分有效期限到期日為4月30日。
- 取消登錄創作者時，無關有效期限，剩餘的贊助積分都會全部刪除。
1.2.2 取消登錄創作者條款
- 創作者可取消正在活動中的遊戲的創作者登錄。
※ 但取消遊戲的創作者登錄時，贊助積分必須為0P以上才可取消。
- 取消登錄創作者時，創作者的資料可依據本政策刪除或是銷毀或是保存一定的期間，即使取消登錄創作者，也不會從贊助積分服務中退出。
- 取消登錄創作者時，未轉換的贊助積分會立即刪除，取消登錄遊戲之贊助玩家查詢及累積明細也無法進行確認，敬請明確認知。
※ 退出後，刪除的贊助積分將無法恢復，申請退出時請慎重的考慮清楚。
※ 原有的累積明細可在創作者使用者資料頁面中確認。
※ 取消登錄創作者時，會立即取消登錄（解除資格），可透過重新申請創作者來重新進行創作者活動。
- 取消登錄後，再重新申請時，會先重置原有的贊助者資訊。
1.3 本政策中未包含的事項，將依據「服務與使用者授權條款」、「遊戲營運政策」「個人隱私政策」及其他相關法令。
2.創作者申請及獎勵
2.1 實況主贊助系統(NEXON CREATORS)是公司為了對透過YouTube、Twitch等平台使用遊戲內容進行影音活動的會員提供後援的平台。
2.2 進行遊戲內容影音活動的滿14歲以上的會員，始可向公司申請創作者資格以加入實況主贊助系統(NEXON CREATORS) ，如未滿14歲即申請而致生無法完整使用實況主贊助系統(NEXON CREATORS)所有功能之情事，相關損失應由創作者自行承擔；又創作者亦應同時遵守公司依法設定之遊戲分級規定，如創作者違反相關規定而致生任何紛爭，概由創作者自行負擔一切責任，如衍生公司任何損失，亦應由創作者負擔賠償責任。
2.3公司會從申請者中，根據內部的基準選擇適合的創作者，並對獲選的創作者發放贊助碼。但獲選後也會持續的對創作者的資格進行檢驗，有時可能會因結果而解除資格。資格被解除時，累積的贊助積分可能將會被回收。
2.4 一般會員登錄創作者的贊助碼之後購買商品時，將會有贊助積分累積到創作者身上。但一般會員在購買商品後又取消付費時，針對取消的金額會在日後從累積的贊助金轉換成營收時從中扣除。
2.5 公司會視營運所需，設定贊助積分的累積和轉換的限度，並會在相關的網站中進行說明。
2.6 以獎勵形式發送的贊助積分可在贊助積分頁面中確認。
3.創作者的義務及資格解除
3.1 創作者不可做出違反各遊戲的營運政策或透過公告說明的內容，被發現時，將會停止或解除創作者資格。另外，若發現有違背現行法令的非法行為時，將會採取法律措施。
3.2 創作者在使用公司提供的服務製作影片及內容時，禁止做出以下的行為，被發現時，將會停止或解除創作者資格。
3.2.1 裸露等煽情行為、淫穢聊天內容、對未成年者進行淫穢聊天等之淫穢行為
3.2.2 非法投機或是模仿行為及宣傳前者之行為
3.2.3 散佈他人個人資料的行為
3.2.4 散佈他人個人資料、侵害著作權等侵害他人權利的行為
3.2.5 使用其他創作者的帳號或是提供他人創作者帳號反覆參與NEXON創作者活動、領取獎勵等的行為
3.2.6 NEXON(包含相關公司)的所屬職員或是直系親屬(包含配偶)利用本人或他人的帳號申請創作者的行為
3.2.7 對青少年的健康有害之行為（過度的髒話、煽情的服裝、不當的發言等）及對青少年有害的物品、網站等的曝光
3.2.8 針對身心障礙人士/地區/宗教/人種/性等之歧視及蔑視行為
3.2.9 其他違反現行法令或違反社會規範道德風俗之行為
3.2.10 有損公司及各遊戲的形象之行為
3.3 創作者資格被停止或解除前累積的贊助積分將可能一概收回，如造成任何損失及/或多餘成本或費用支出者，應給予公司及/或第三人相對應之賠償及/或補償。
3.4 透過不當的方式累積贊助積分時，必須由創作者本人親自返還贊助積分，如造成任何損失及/或多餘成本或費用支出者，應給予公司及/或第三人相對應之賠償及/或補償。
3.5 創作者透過YouTube、Twitch等平台上傳有贊助碼曝光的影片或在直播節目中曝光時，需依照公平交易委員會的「公平交易委員會對於薦證廣告之規範說明」標示出符合各媒體特性的廣告標示。違反時造成公司損失時，公司可解除創作者的贊助資格，創作者必須賠償公司發生的一切損失。
3.6 除NEXON CREATORS提供的贊助者募集方式以外透過以下的方法募集贊助者時，創作者的資格可能會被中止或解除。
3.6.1 透過影片內容、直播、貼文等約定提供禮物卡、序號、實體物品、現金等代價為方式募集贊助者的行為
3.6.2 為了支付給贊助者玩家代價而收集或儲存贊助者住址、銀行帳號等個人資訊的行為
3.6.3 其他違反相關法律或以上各項規定的違反善良風俗和其他社會觀念的行為
3.7
被NEXON CREATORS選定之創作者每週需上傳1次以上正在活動的遊戲相關的影片內容或直播，若未每週上傳1次時，贊助積分可能會受到中斷累積、階級下降等對於創作者活動上的限制。
Dasar Pengendalian Pencipta
Pengguna Pencipta Nexon hendaklah mengesahkan dan mematuhi "Dasar Pengendalian Pencipta".
Nexon tidak akan memberikan bantuan untuk apa-apa kerosakan atau kesulitan yang disebabkan oleh pengguna tidak biasa dengan dasar pengendalian.
1. Dasar Pengendalian Asas
1.1 Pencipta Nexon, yang diservis oleh Syarikat Nexon Korea (kemudian daripada ini dirujuk sebagai "Syarikat"), dikendalikan mengikut Dasar Pengendalian Pencipta berikut.
Syarikat menyediakan perkhidmatan yang lancar mengikut dasar ini, dan ahli yang dipilih untuk Pencipta Nexon (kemudian daripada ini dirujuk sebagai "Pencipta") hendaklah bertindak mengikut dasar pengendalian ini.
1.2 Syarikat mungkin mengubah dasar pengendalian untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan yang stabil. Jika Syarikat mengubah dasar pengendalian, Pencipta akan diberitahu menerusi laman web Pencipta atau laman utama permainan yang dikendalikan oleh Pencipta.
Syarikat tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap apa-apa mudarat tanpa niat yang disebabkan oleh pengguna tidak menyemak dasar pengendalian, jadi sila sahkan dasar pengendalian ini terlebih dahulu.
1.2.1 Tempoh Penyimpanan dan Tamat Tempoh
- Mata sah untuk hari terakhir 3 bulan selepas pengumpulan dan akan tamat tempoh mengikut kronologi selepas tarikh tamat tempoh.
※ Mata yang dikumpul pada Januari akan tamat tempoh pada 30 April (3 tahun sah untuk mata yang dikumpul sebelum 8 Mac 2023)
- Jika pendaftaran Pencipta dibatalkan, semua mata akan dilucut hak tidak kira tarikh tamat tempoh.
1.2.2 Terma untuk Pembatalan Pendaftaran Pencipta
- Pencipta boleh membatalkan pendaftaran Pencipta untuk setiap permainan aktif.
※ Namun, pendaftaran Pencipta untuk setiap permainan boleh dibatalkan jika mata penajaan permainan ialah 0P atau lebih.
- Apabila membatalkan pendaftaran Pencipta, maklumat Pencipta dipadam atau dihapuskan atau disimpan untuk tempoh tertentu mengikut dasar Pengendalian Pencipta.
dan walaupun jika pendaftaran Pencipta dibatalkan, perkhidmatan mata ganjaran tidak akan ditarik semula.
- Sila ambil maklum bahawa apabila pendaftaran Pencipta dibatalkan, mata ganjaran yang tidak ditukar akan tamat tempoh serta-merta dan Pencipta tidak akan dapat menyemak carian pengguna penaja dan sejarah terkumpul permainan yang tidak didaftar.
※ Mata yang tamat tempoh selepas menarik diri tidak boleh diberi semula, jadi sila pertimbangkan dengan teliti sebelum memohon penarikan diri daripada keahlian.
※ Namun, Pencipta boleh menyemak sejarah terkumpul sedia ada pada halaman maklumat pengguna Pencipta.
※ Jika pendaftaran Pencipta dibatalkan, keahlian Pencipta akan dibatalkan dengan serta-merta (kelayakan akan dibatalkan) dan boleh beroperasi sebagai Pencipta apabila membuat permohonan semula.
- Apabila membuat permohonan semula selepas pembatalan pendaftaran, maklumat penaja sedia ada akan diberikan dalam keadaan mula.
1.3 Perkara yang tidak termasuk dalam dasar pengendalian ini tertakluk kepada "Terma Perkhidmatan Bersepadu Nexon", "Terma Wang Tunai Nexon", "Dasar Privasi Nexon", "Dasar Perlindungan Belia Nexon" dan undang-undang dan peraturan lain yang berkenaan.
2. Permohonan dan Ganjaran Pencipta
2.1 Pencipta Nexon ialah platform penajaan yang disediakan oleh Syarikat untuk ahli yang membuat siaran menggunakan kandungan permainan pada platform seperti YouTube dan Twitch.
2.2 Ahli yang melebihi umur 18 tahun, yang menyiarkan kandungan permainan boleh memohon status Pencipta untuk setiap permainan yang diservis oleh Syarikat untuk menyertai Pencipta Nexon.
2.3 Syarikat memilih ahli yang sesuai sebagai Pencipta berdasarkan kriteria dalaman dalam kalangan pemohon dan mengeluarkan kod penajaan kepada Pencipta terpilih.
Namun, kelayakan Pencipta mungkin disemak secara berterusan walaupun setelah dipilih, dan bergantung pada keputusan, kelayakan boleh ditamatkan. Dalam kes pelucutan kelayakan, mata penajaan terkumpul mungkin tamat tempoh.
2.4 Selepas ahli biasa mendaftar kod penajaan Pencipta dan membuat pembayaran untuk produk, derma akan dikredit kepada Pencipta.
Namun, jika ahli biasa membatalkan pembayaran untuk produk yang dibayar ketika waktu penajaan, derma yang dikumpul untuk jumlah yang dibatalkan akan dikecualikan pada penukaran keuntungan akan datang.
2.5 Syarikat mungkin akan meletakkan had pada pengumpulan dan penukaran mata ganjaran mengikut keperluan pengendalian dan laman yang berkenaan akan memaklumkan kepada ahli tentang perkara ini.
2.6 Mata yang diberikan sebagai ganjaran boleh disemak pada setiap halaman ganjaran mata.
3. Kewajipan Pencipta dan Penamatan Kelayakan
3.1 Pencipta tidak boleh melanggar kandungan setiap dasar atau notis pengendalian permainan, dan status pencipta boleh digantung atau ditamatkan jika diketahui.
Selain itu, tindakan undang-undang boleh diambil jika aktiviti haram yang melanggar undang-undang dan peraturan semasa diketahui.
3.2 Pencipta dilarang daripada melakukan perkara berikut apabila membuat siaran, menerbitkan kandungan atau menggunakan perkhidmatan yang disediakan oleh Syarikat dan boleh digantung atau ditamatkan jika diketahui.
3.2.1 Perilaku berunsur seksual seperti kebogelan seksual, sembang lucah, sembang lucah dengan pengguna bawah umur, dll.
3.2.2 Perbuatan penipuan haram atau perbuatan meniru dan perbuatan publisiti
3.2.3 Perbuatan menyebarkan maklumat peribadi orang lain
3.2.4 Perbuatan melanggar hak orang lain seperti menyebarkan maklumat peribadi orang lain atau melanggar hak cipta.
3.2.5 Perbuatan menggunakan akaun Pencipta lain atau memberikan akaun Pencipta kepada orang lain untuk menyertai acara Pencipta Nexon berulang kali dan menerima ganjaran atas perbuatan tersebut.
3.2.6 Tindakan pekerja Nexon (termasuk syarikat gabungan) atau keturunan terdekatnya (termasuk pasangan) memohon Pencipta menggunakan akaunnya sendiri atau akaun orang lain.
3.2.7 Tindakan mengganggu kesihatan emosi belia (cacian berlebihan, pakaian menjolok mata, kata-kata tidak sesuai, dll) dan pendedahan objek atau laman membahayakan kepada belia.
3.2.8 Tindakan diskriminasi dan merendahkan orang kekurangan upaya/berlainan negara/berbeza agama/berbeza bangsa/berlainan seksualiti, dll.
3.2.9 Perbuatan lain yang melanggar undang-undang dan peraturan sedia ada atau melanggar norma dan moral sosial.
3.2.10 Tindakan memburukkan imej Syarikat dan permainan keluaran Syarikat.
3.3 Mata penajaan yang dikumpul sebelum status Pencipta digantung atau ditamatkan mungkin dikembalikan kepada Syarikat sekali gus.
3.4 Sekiranya pengumpulan mata penajaan dilakukan dengan cara tidak adil, Pencipta hendaklah membayar pampasan untuk mata penajaan itu sendiri.
3.5 Apabila Pencipta memuat naik video yang mendedahkan kod penajaan pada platform seperti YouTube atau menyiarkan video seperti itu pada masa nyata,
Pencipta hendaklah menyatakan iklan yang memenuhi ciri setiap medium mengikut "Panduan untuk Indikasi dan Semakan Iklan untuk Cadangan, Jaminan, dll." Suruhanjaya Perdagangan Saksama.
Jika Syarikat mengalami kerugian akibat Pencipta melanggar peraturan ini, Syarikat boleh menamatkan status penajaan Pencipta dan Pencipta hendaklah membayar pampasan untuk semua kerugian yang dialami kepada Syarikat.
3.6 Pencipta yang merekrut pengguna yang menaja dengan kaedah berikut selain daripada cara merekrut penaja yang diberikan oleh Pencipta Nexon boleh digantung atau ditamatkan.
3.6.1 Tindakan merekrut pengguna yang menaja dengan berjanji kepada mereka untuk menawarkan kad hadiah, kupon, barangan, wang tunai, dll. melalui kandungan video, penstriman, siaran dan lain-lain
3.6.2 Tindakan mengambil atau menyimpan maklumat peribadi seperti alamat dan nombor akaun pengguna yang menaja untuk membayar pengguna yang menaja
3.6.3 Apa-apa tindakan lain yang melanggar undang-undang dan peraturan berkaitan atau termasuk di bawah mana-mana subperenggan di atas dan melanggar budaya baik dan norma sosial lain
3.7 Pencipta yang dipilih untuk Pencipta Nexon hendaklah memuat naik kandungan video atau
kandungan penstriman yang berkaitan dengan permainan aktif sekurang-kurangnya sekali seminggu dan jika mereka tidak memuat naik sekali seminggu, aktiviti Pencipta mungkin akan dihadkan, seperti menggantung mata penajaan terkumpul dan/atau mempunyai penilaian lebih rendah.
Creator Operation Policy
Nexon Creators shall comply with this “Creator Operation Policy”.
NEXON Korea Corporation cannot provide assistances for any damages or inconveniences resulted bynot being familiarize themselves with the Creator Operation Policy.
1. Basic Operation Policy
1.1 Nexon Creators, serviced by NEXON Korea Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), is operated in accordance with the following Creator Operation Policy.
The Company endeavours to provide smooth Nexon Creators Program in accordance with this Creator Operation Policy, and the users who are succesfully registerd as the Nexon Creators (hereinafter referred to as “Creators”) shall act in compliance with this Creator Operation Policy at all times.
1.2 The Company may change this Creator Operation Policy in order to provide stable services. If such changes occur, Creators will be notified through the Creators website, or the relevant game homepages operated by Company.
1.2.1 Validity Period and Expiration
Points are valid until the last day of the third month after accumulation and will expire chronologically after the expiration date. For example, points earned in January expire on April 30. If the Creators deregister, all points will be forfeited regardless of the expiration date.
1.2.2 Creator Deregistration
Creators can deregister their Creatorship for each active game they are registered, provided that Points are 0P or more.
When deregistering the Creatorship, the Creators’ information will be deleted or destroyed or stored for a certain period of time. Point service will not be withdrawn even after the deregistration. Please note that after the deregistration, the points that have not been claimed as cash will expire immediately, and will not be able to check the list of sponsors and points history of the unregistered game.
※ Points expired after withdrawal shall not be reversed, so please consider carefully before applying for the membership withdrawal. However, the Creator can check the existing points history on the Creator information page. After the deregistration, the Creatorship will be immediately canceled. You can re-apply for the Creatorship, but once you are registered again, your list of sponsors will be resetted as intial status.
1.3 Matters not included in this Creator Operation Policy are subject to the "Terms of Nexon Integrated Services", "Terms of Nexon Cash“, "Nexon Privacy Policy", "Nexon Youth Protection Policy" and other relevant laws and regulations.
2. Creator Application and Rewards
2.1 Nexon Creators Program is a sponsorship platform provided by the Company for the users who broadcast using game content on platforms such as YouTube and Twitch.
2.2 Members over the age of 18, who broadcast game content can apply for Creatorship in connection to each eligible game serviced by the Company.
2.3 The Company assesses a suitability for a Creatorship based on internal criteria among the applicants, and issues a sponsorship code to the selected Creators. However, even after being selected, the Creator's qualification may be continuously reviewed, and depending on the results, the Creatorship may be terminated. In the case of disqualification, the accumulated points may be expired.
2.4 After the user who registered their sponsored Creator's sponsorship code in their account (hereinafter “Sponsor“), and then purchase in-game items, then a certain amount will be accumulated as their sponsored Creator’s Points.
However, if the Sponsor cancels the payment for the in-game items, the points that their sponsored Creator received will be excluded when they claim the oints for cash.
2.5 The Company may set a limit on the accumulation and conversion of oints according to the operational needs of each eligible game. In this circumstances, oints awarded as rewards can be checked on each points reward page.
3. Creator Obligations and Termination of Qualification
3.1 Creators shall comply with each applicable game's operation policy or notice. Creator status may be suspended or terminated if the Company discover violation of any applicable operation policy or relevant laws and regulations.
In addition, the Company may tak legal action, if Creator is invovled in illegal activities that violate current laws and regulations.
3.2 Creators are prohibited from doing the following when broadcasting, producing content, or using the services provided by the Company. If not, then the Company may suspend or terminate the Creatorship, upon discovery.
3.2.1 Creators are prohibited to disseminating pornography, sendig obscene chat, especially the obsecenet or inappropriate chat targeting the minros and any other unacceptable behaviors that are against the social norms.
3.2.2 Fraudulent act, impersonation or disseminating such acts.
3.2.3 Act of disseminating other people's personal information
3.2.4 Acts of infringing on the rights of the others, such as infringing other people’s copyright or privacy.
3.2.5 Acts of using another Creator's account or providing a Creator account to another person to participate in Nexon Creator events and receive rewards from the Nexon Creator event.
3.2.7 Any acts that has adverse impact on the minor such using abusive and inappropraite language excessively, wearing, sexually porvocative and exposing the minors to the harmful contents.
3.2.8 Humilating or making a derogatory remark of the person(s) with disabilities or about religion ,race,ethnicity and sexual identity.
3.2.9 Any other acts that is gravely against the social norms and morals and in breach of relevant laws and regulations.
3.2.10 Bringing the Company and its games to the disrepute.
3.3 Points accumulated before the Creator's status is suspended or terminated may be reverted to the Company all at once.
3.4 If a Creator accumulate the points in an inapporpriate ways, the Creator will be required to compensate the Company. .
3.5 When the Creator uploads a video or do a live broadcast to promote its sponsorship code on a broadcasting platform such as YouTube, they should indicate the vidoes that it is an advertsiement and such labeling should be incompliant with the each platform’s requirement in accordnace with the Fair Trade Commission of Republic of Korea’s Guidelines for Indication and Advertisement Review for Recommendations and Guarantees.
If the Company suffers a loss due to the Creator's failure to comply with this rule, the Company may terminate the Creator's Creatorship, and the Creator shall compensate for all the damages suffered by the Company as a result of such non-compliance.
3.6 Creators who recruit sponsoring users in the following methods other than the means of recruiting sponsors provided by Nexon Creators may be suspended or terminated.
3.6.1 Acts of recruiting sponsoring users by promising them to offer gift cards, coupons, goods, cash, or any other behefits on their video, live streaming video posts on social media or community websites, or other means.
3.6.2 Acts of collecting or storing personal information such as addresses and account numbers of the Sponsorsin order to pay them in return of sponsorship.
3.6.3 Any other acts of breaching relevant laws and regulations or falling under any of the above subparagraphs and going against good customs and social norms in grave extent.
3.7 Creators selected for Nexon Creators shall upload video content or
streaming content related to active games at least once a week, and if they do not upload once a week, Creator activities may be restricted, such as by the suspension of accumulating sponsorship points and/or having lower ratings.
