We would like to announce you regarding our plan of individual restoration for the reset issue which occurred after 05/06 (Thu) update maintenance.
Before that, we would like to sincerely apologize for the late notice, due to we needed some time to investigate the impact of the issue and our action towards it.
After the issue was fixed, we have been looking into the impact & inconveniences caused to our Riders and whether if we can restore the damage.
As many Riders had been waiting for our response, we would like to announce to you in advance regarding our plan to restore/compensate the issue.
[ Individual Restoration Plan for 05/06 (Thu) Reset Issue ]
1. The restoration will be done to all Riders who had faced the reset issue based on the Category below, within the period:
After 05/06 (Thu) update maintenance ~ before 05/07 (Fri) no-maintenance patch.
- Restoration Category
(1) Lost Battery/K-Coin/Lucci/and other resources. (Shop purchases, produced parts, etc)
- Parts are restored to your mailbox. However successfully produced Parts are not restored.
- Permanent Karts/Racers are restored to your mailbox.
* Only to Riders who obtained Permanent Karts/Racers after 05/06 (Thu) update maintenance ~
before 05/07 (Fri) no-maintenance patch.
* You might receive item which is already in your possession.
(2) (Restored) Lost the title 'Treasure Hunter'
(3) Season Pass Lv. was being reset
(4) Lost items from decoding codes
(5) (Restored) Lost Rank Points
After the restored rank points are calculated, below Riders will receive;
(5-1) Riders who could have reached 'Legend' tier
→ S6 Legend Aura will be sent
(5-2) Riders who could have reached 'Centurion' tier
→ S6 Centurion Aura & S6 Centurion Title will be sent.
(6) (Restored) Riders who reached Premium Lv.8 before maintenance but didn't received the V8 Exclusive Frame → V8 Exclusive Frame will be sent
2. Items will be sent to your mailbox/restored from May Week 2 in order.
* If you haven't received the lost item/restored until 05/28 (Fri), please contact our CS via in-game.
3. Restoration Method
Lost items will be sent/restored. (For Riders with specific rewards mentioned above, the mentioned rewards will be sent)
If you have any inquiries regarding the restored/sent items and resources, please contact our CS via in-game.
For Riders who has a different case than mentioned category above, such as; purchased package using real-money but haven't received the package or it was deactivated, please share us your details to our CS via in-game for log check and info.
For other restoration cases, please contact our CS via on-game, and we will update this notice if we found other categories that need to be restored.
We think it might take some time to check your log and restore all the lost items, but we will do our best to make sure all lost items to be restored accurately soonest possible.
