[Download/Update] I can’t find the update button in the market when the new version is currently available.
You may be unable to see the [update] button and just [open] due to a synchronization issue. Please follow the steps below to update your app.
1. Restart your device.
2. Go to the market and search “KonoSuba: Fantastic Days” manually, and you will be able to see the [update] button.
※If the [update] button is not visible, try refreshing the page or deleting the market cache.
- How to Delete Market Cache (Google Play Store): Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Force Stop
- How to Refresh the Page (App Store): Drag the store page down
- If you see the [open] button instead of the [update] button at Google Play Store, please retry after deleting your saved data.
- How to Delete Saved Data (Google Play Store): Settings > General > App > Play Store > Delete saved data
※ If you are using a guest account, you can lose your game data after updating. Please link your account before updating the app.
