We have found the issues below, and we are doing our best to solve them.
◈ 08/19 Known Issue:
1. An issue in which after pressing [Forfeit], our users are intermittently unable to forfeit a battle and unable to interact with the game screen until the battle ends.
2. [FIXED] An issue in which the remaining time for the next available purchase does not appear upon the third purchase of the Weekly Value Pack and the Monthly Value Quartz
3. An issue in which the gift list of the Gift of the Goddess appears even after receiving the final gift.
- Press other areas of the screen to escape the list.
4. An issue in which when switching screens (internal to external and vice versa) in Galaxy Z Fold 2, the resolution of the converted screen is not switched to the resolution of the previous screen.
5. [FIXED] An issue in which the [Note] icon of the [Home] is inactive when the in-game language is set to Korean or if your account has been created in the Republic of Korea.
6. [FIXED] An issue in which the game is inaccessible due to network issues with the error message pop up, 'An error has occurred. Returning to the Title Screen... Timed Out: 80001.'
As this is occurring due to temporary network issues, please continue to try
re-accessing the game.
7. [FIXED] An issue in which the in-game language appears in a language different than that of the device language.
Please change your in-game language settings by following the steps mentioned

8. [FIXED] An issue in which the game returns to the title screen upon trying to watch the Main Story Chapter 1 P3 in Spanish (in-game language settings set to Spanish)
- You will be able to watch the Main Story Chapter 1 P3 in English but will need to download the game again upon changing the in-game language to English.
