EVENT RULES IN BLUE ARCHIVE

I. EVENT RULES

 

You (“User”) may view and check the contents, period of participation, and terms and conditions of events on the notice of each event.

 

At sole discretion of Nexon Korea Corporation (“Nexon” or “We”), details of the event and types of prizes may be canceled or changed. We will notify you when this occurs.

 

You are not allowed to win multiple prizes in one (1) event and you are only allowed to win one (1) prize per event.

 

In the event of the following, the Users shall be excluded from winning the event and the prizes may be canceled even after winning the event:

• The User’s participation in the event cannot be verified due to the change of the in-game character’s name, community nickname;

• If the User is restricted to use the game due to the User’s breach of the game operation policy, terms of service, or community operation policy;
  

• If the User is discovered to have registered or uploaded any inappropriate content including that (a) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, harassing, or racially or ethnically offensive; (b) facilitates illegal activity; (c) depicts sexually explicit images; (d) promotes unlawful violence;
  

• If the User is discovered to have abnormal event participation records determined by Nexon;
  

• If the User withdraws from the game or the official community before the prize is given;
  

• If the User has entered incorrect information or omitted to submit the required information to participate in the event or receive the prize;
  

• If the User fails to submit the required documents within the time period provided by Nexon;
  

• If the User is an employee of Nexon or its affiliate companies.
  

 

 

II. DISCLAIMER

 

You must accurately enter the address and contact information of the location where you wish to receive the prize, and Nexon is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect information.

 

The delivery date may vary depending on the type of prize and may be delayed due to the circumstances of delivery service providers.

 

Types of prizes, event gifts or giveaways may change depending on the circumstances determined by Nexon.

 

If the delivered prize is destroyed, damaged, or has expired, re-delivery is not possible.

 

Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other prizes in lieu of the designated prizes.

III. NOTES ON TAX AND PUBLIC CHARGES

 

Taxes and public charges are borne by Nexon. However, Nexon may request to submit additional information for accounting purposes.

 

If the User refuses to submit additional information, such User may be excluded from winning the prize or may result in cancellation of the event prize.

IV. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

 

We may collect personal information including name, phone number, e-mail address, and address for the purpose of the event. Collected personal information is stored only for the period necessary for the purpose of collection and then destroyed unless personal information must be retained in accordance with relevant laws.

 

In order to deliver the prize, the winner’s information may be sent to a delivery service provider. If you do not wish for Nexon to do so, you may refuse to win, in which case the prize will not be sent.

 

To announce the winners, user information such as in-game character names and community nicknames may be announced to the official community.

V. OTHER PROVISIONS

 

By participating in the event and claiming the rights to the product, you agree to all the above rules and regulations.

 

You agree to delegate all rights related to the event to Nexon.

 

If these Event Rules and the contents of the event notice differ, then the contents of the event notice shall prevail.

 

In any case, you agree that Nexon will not be liable for the costs of litigation.

 

Nexon is not responsible for any technical errors or human errors arising from contacting the participants.

 

In the event of a change in the above policy or user rights, Nexon will give at least seven (7) calendar days notice prior to the date of the change.
